About Me

I am Working since 1992 as a Nutritionist, as a registered dietitian, I believe that food is a powerful tool for promoting health and well-being. By making informed choices about what we eat, we can nourish our bodies, support our immune systems, and reduce our risk of chronic diseases. The key to a healthy diet lies in balance, variety, and moderation.

Effective Tips for Choosing the Right Meals:

  • Prioritize whole, unprocessed foods: These foods are rich in nutrients and fiber, while being low in added sugars, unhealthy fats, and sodium.
  • Control portion sizes: Be mindful of how much you’re eating to avoid overconsumption.
  • Listen to your body’s hunger and fullness cues: Eat when you’re hungry and stop when you’re satisfied.
  • Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the day to support overall health and hydration.
  • Limit processed foods and sugary drinks: These foods are often high in unhealthy fats, added sugars, and sodium.
  • Incorporate a variety of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains: These foods provide essential vitamins, minerals, and fiber.
